DAY 1: KATHMANDU AIRPORT - ARRIVAL & HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING (PASHUPATI NATH, BOUDHANATH, BUDHANILKANTHA TEMPLE) Approx Distance: 25 Km
Arrive at Kathmandu Airport. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom. You will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Then proceed to local sightseeing - Boudhanath the world’s largest stupa of Tibetan Buddhist Culture - Visit of Pashupati Nath - the holiest shrines for Hindus - It is the holiest Temple for Hindus dedicated to lord Shiva, is also a site for Hindu cremation - Budhanilkantha Temple (the largest stone sculpture of Lord Vishnu sleeping on serpents).
DAY 2: KATHMANDU TO CHITWAN - TRANSFER Approx Distance: 180 Km
Early Morning Breakfast Check Out From The Hotel and Proceed to Chitwan. Next nearly 175 Kilometres 5 - 6 hours drive - Drive to Chitwan - Situated in the Terai plains Chitwan offers pure retreat to the Jungle lovers and nature i.e. forest lovers - The Chitwan has had a long history of conservation - It was the Royal hunting grounds for the Kings and dignitaries of Nepal - It became a favorite spot for big game safari hunters in the late nineteenth and early to mid - twentieth century – Chitwan is a destinations where guest can enjoy jungle observation at Chitwan National park - The highlight being the Elephant Safari in the jungles which will be around evening depending on the time guest reach the resort - After the Elephant ride one can enjoy a slide show or Tharu Folk Dance (Optional) – Evening free for village walk and sunset view. DAY 3: CHITWAN TO POKHARA - TRANSFER Approx Distance: 170 KM
After breakfast, proceed for driving towards Pokhara. Arrive in Pokhara with beautiful scenic drive. The most famous enchanting tranquil valley offering natural beauty, living culture, deep gorges, emerald lakes, snow clad peaks and picturesque village.
DAY 4: POKHARA - FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING (VINDHYASINI, MAHENDRA CAVE,GORAKHA MUSEUM, GUPTESHWAR CAVE, DAVID’S WATER FALL, FEWA LAKE) Approx Distance: 40 KM
Early breakfast move from hotel till 10:30 am for enjoying Pokhara following sight seen with natural Annapurna rage excursion
1-Vindhyasini-------The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. There are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated atop a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircases on the East and North East. The views of the Himalayas from the North of the temple are breathtaking while from the South one can see the expanse of Pokhara city.
2-Mahendra Cave-------- This is a rare example of a cave system in Nepal containing stalagmites and stalactites. This show cave attracts thousands of tourists every year. A statue of Hindu lord Shiva can be found inside the cave.
3- Gorakha museum- (Dedicated to Indian army)
4-Gupteshwar Cave---(Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is a cave located opposite to Davis Fall, the water from Davis falls passes through this cave. Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is one of the major attractions of Pokhara)
5- Thundering David’s water fall (Its Nepali name is Patale Chango, which literal meaning is Paatal KO Chango means "Underworld's Waterfall". This is one of the most visited places in Nepal.)
6- Fewa Lake (Tal Barahi Temple also known as Lake Temple or Barahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple located in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Zone in western Nepal. It is a Hindu temple of the Goddess Durga (Barahi), the protector of gods. It is located in a small island on the south east section of Phewa Lake in Pokhara. The temple is used for worship by Hindus. It can be reached by taking a boat from the Shore of Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi temple. Evening free to stroll around the area – Night stay at Pokhara
DAY 5: POKHARA TO KATHMANDU - TRANSFER ENROUTE TOUR Approx Distance: 250 Km
Early Morning breakfast check out hotel. you will drive to Kathmandu is 210 kms from Pokhara and is a 7 hours drive approx. In good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel. On the way you have an option of doing river rafting or visit the Manakamna Temple “Goddess of Fulfilling Wishes” where you are taken by a cable ride (at extra cost) of 9 mins. Once you reach Kathmandu, check-in to your hotel and relax for some time.
DAY 6: KATHMANDU AIRPORT - DEPARTURE Approx Distance: 15 Km
Morning will be comparatively free and closer to the time of your flight you will be transferred to the airport in time to board your flight for onward journey.
Ø 60% in advance to process the booking and balance 40% to be paid 20 days prior to the trip.
