DARJEELING GANGTOK LACHEN LACHUNG PELLING
Gangtok, city, capital of Sikkim state, northeastern India. It lies on a tributary of the Tista River in the southeast-central part of the state at an elevation of about 5,600 feet (1,700 metres). The city’s name means “Top of the Hill.” Gangtok rises over slopes extensively terraced in corn (maize). Lachen, Just about 129 km from Gangtok, Lachen is located at an altitude of 8838 ft. Seasons unfold timelessly in this high altitude habitat: gaily painted with myriad flowers in the spring and monsoon, bathed in spectacular weather in autumn and snow clad fairy-tale winters. Lachung is a small trading centre (corn [maize] and pulses). It has a dispensary, a rest house, and a monastery and is the site of a government agricultural station. It is linked to Gangtok, Sikkim’s capital, 27 miles (43 km) south, by the North Sikkim Highway. Pelling is at the altitude of 2000meters, where the temperature in summer goes up to 25 degrees Celcius and comes down to 1 degree Celcius in winters. It is quite warm and pleasant in summer. The monsoon season is from July to September. Darjeeling - The queen of the hills is a Himalayan city in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is internationally renowned as a tourist destination for its spectacular view of Mt.Kanchandzonga, along with its tea industry and the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 1: New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our driver who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. On arrival, check into the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure.
GANGTOK: At an altitude of 1750 m, Gangtok became the state capital in the Mid-19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a testing ground for people travelling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveller's delight.
Day 2: Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir - Excursion
Breakfast at the hotel and a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), which is 35 Kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snow off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that llamas could forecast the future by studying the colour of the lake’s waters.
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen - Drive with on the way Sightseeing
Post breakfast, around 10.00 a.m., take the transfer to Lachen (8610ft). On your way, visit Singhik View Point, Seven Sister Waterfalls, and Naga Waterfalls.
Day 4: Lachen to Lachung - Transfer With Gurudongmar Lake Excursion
Early morning proceeds on a half-day excursion to Gurudongmar Lake (this milky lake is considered a sacred place by both Hindus & Buddhists. It is believed that Guru Padmasambhava had touched the lake whilst he visited Tibet through this place) and back to Lachen hotel for lunch, and the same day transfer to Lachung.
Day 5: Lachung to Gangtok - Transfer With Yumthang Valley Excursion
Early morning proceeds on an excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 1 ½ hours one way). After that, Transfer to Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok to Pelling - Transfer Via Namchi & Ravangla
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Pelling Via Namchi Chardham & Ravangla Buddha Park. Pelling is famous for its magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga. Placid Pelling pulls most of the visitors for its representative status in the history, nature and culture of the state. On arrival at the hotel, enjoy the day, Namchi Sightseeing, Sai Mandir, Chardham and Buddha Park.
Day 7: Pelling - Full-day Sightseeing
After Breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Pelling, covering Kanchenjunga Falls, Pemyang Monastery, Rimbi Waterfall, Khecheopalri Lake, Orange Garden, and Rabdentse Ruins.
Day 8: Pelling to Darjeeling - Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel later proceed to Darjeeling. Darjeeling is a town in India's West Bengal state, in the Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It's famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.
Day 9: Darjeeling - Full day Sightseeing
Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and the Himalayan Range like Kanchenjunga, Mount Everest, etc. One can see the horizon changing colours just before sunrise, and then the entire Himalayan range turns golden. It is truly a majestic sight, and Ghoom Monastery, which is the oldest Monastery in the area which was built in 1875, and one can see the image of Mythey Buddha 15ft high on the way back from Kanchendzonga View Point. Then visit Batasia Loop and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a city tour visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock / Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), and Japanese Peace Pagoda.
Day 10: Darjeeling to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport - Drop
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station in time for the flight/train to the onward destination.

Sometimes due to unforeseen situations, A need may arise for us to make slight changes to our itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available upon arrival at the destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private
Interconnecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other, Smoking /Non-smoking rooms / are strictly subject to availability
For any amendment requests while on tour, please request guests to contact our emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed or confirmed
We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally
We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions
It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you with an alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
At Religious place like Mosque please wear decent clothing covering all your body & At the time of visiting any Theme park please wear comfortable clothing etc

Please note that Departure picks up from the hotel to airport will be done exactly 3 hours before flights scheduled time, make yourself available in the lobby and wait for your pick up.
If the transfer needs to be arranged for a flight between 11:30 pm to 06:00 pm then 50 % surcharge of the total transfer cost will be applicable
Important: please be available in the lobby for a pickup of the tour at least before 10 minutes. Also please inform the reception that you are waiting for tour or transfer pick up
Please note that pick-up for all transfers and tours will be done as per the details in the Tour Briefing Sheet. This document is shared closer to the date of travel and all guests must carry the Tour Briefing Sheet during their travel.
Insurance is not covered in the package so please cover yourself with an insurance at your own cost before traveling on a package tour.
